Experts designed video-based lessons (sessions) for schools, youth-serving organizations, and parents to be comprehensive, easy, and flexible:

  • Teach one youth to large student groups
  • Do lessons (sessions) in any order
  • 30 to 45-minute lessons with games and activities can be divided to fit time schedules
  • Brief 1-2 minute topical video teaching segments can be used in classrooms and groups
  • Lesson pages contain printable instructor guides, student handouts, game cards, and activity sheets

Video lessons contain:
